Attractions

One of the top attractions in the Denver area, the Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center, is a place for young and old to discover some beautiful and diverse insects. It was the first stand-alone non-profit insect zoo in the nation. Located at 104th Avenue and U. 36 just south of the Promenade, the Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center is host to over 1200 butterflies from more than 50 different species. Opened year round, computer controls maintain the Pavilion's environment averaging 80 degrees and 70% humidity; even on the coldest winter days here in the Rocky Mountains.




Golf Courses at Hyland Hills

The Golf Courses at Hyland Hills include the Gold Course, the nine hole regulation Blue Course, two, par-3, nine hole courses, a lighted practice facility with four target greens, an 18,000 square foot practice putting green, a full-service pro shop, locker rooms, showers and a sauna, individual and group lessons, 6 handball/racquetball courts and a privately operated restaurant and lounge.




Entertainment

Westminster Promenade, a world-class entertainment, hospitality and dining venue conveniently located at I-36 and Church Ranch Boulevard in Westminster, Colorado. It is considered the "gathering place" for the entire North-Metro Community. This outdoor pedestrian village boasts a variety of restaurants and cafes, 24 screen movie theatres, unique sculptures, hotel and convention facilities, performance areas, interactive water features, walking trails, a three rink ice arena and a world renowned insect zoo! The Westminster Promenade is the perfect place for a business luncheon, a romantic evening out, or a fun afternoon with the family.
